Fusion Consulting helped the team develop an e-commerce platform, on which accessory customers can buy and sell old turbochargers. The sellers have the option of placing their old stocks of turbochargers online, making them available to customers throughout Europe. The implementation of the platform led to increased sales, along with reduced stock levels. Currently, the platform is used exclusively for the sale of old turbochargers on the European market. Plans to continue the project will see the expansion of the e-commerce platform for buyers and sellers to include the complete portfolio of products.
