A start-up in the technology sector wanted to place its Cloud products (IaaS/PaaS) on the market. First we developed a go-to market strategy together with the customer and defined sales processes that were subsequently automated using a CRM tool. In addition, the relaunched website was to feature a web-to-sales process including registration. This offers potential customers the option to access Cloud services. We also intermeshed marketing with sales and business development activities using a “growth-hacking concept”.
