The challenge for our globally active customer was acquiring a complete 360-degree view of their customers in the sales area. This was to be effectively linked with the lead and opportunity management system. A further difficulty was that the necessary documents for processing customer orders were stored in different systems.
Using Salesforce, we implemented an innovative new CRM system. This gives our customer a clear overview of their current customer structure and the corresponding customer communications. We also made improvements to order processing by introducing a data storage system within Salesforce, as well as the Chatter function to promote effective team communication.
