René Marcel Schretzmann started his career in the management programme of the Metro Group. There, he immediately took on the restructuring and reorganisation of the profit centre in his role as director of HRM. At ABeam Consulting Europe, he worked as a strategy and operations manager as well as senior executive manager, where he was primarily responsible for internationalisation on the Asian market, with a focus on strategy, cooperation and finance. During this time, he also supported multiple consulting projects in the area of retail, with a focus on growth strategies. During his time as director of business development for Germany and Austria at Lodestone Management Consultants, René Marcel Schretzmann took on account management for more than 150 consultants with customers such as Linde AG, Deutz AG and Honeywell, with a combined annual turnover of over 15 million euro. His experience in digital transformation and IT strategy is reflected in the successful establishment of Cloud & Heat GmbH and his position as CEO. In total, he has more than 17 years of experience with various consulting projects and positions.

Most of Andreas Müller’s experience in the past 15 years was acquired whilst consulting for leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector, including Roche, GSK and Novartis where he supported international implementation projects, particularly in ERP, with a focus on commercial, supply chain and logistics. He started his career as a consultant at PWC and IBM. Andreas Müller is well-known for his exceptional communication skills and excellent network knowledge, which make him an outstanding team player. As a managing partner at Fusion Consulting, he concentrates primarily on the development of holistic and sustainable (global) ERP strategies and implementation programmes for our customers. These position him as a project and programme manager according to his expertise.

Matthias Wendler has more than nine years of experience in controlling and finance. He started his career as a trainee in the controlling department of a medium-sized HR consulting company, shortly afterwards becoming a partner in a consulting company with a focus on financial processes in the manufacturing sector. In 2011, he founded Kernaussagen GmbH, a service provider for external controlling, investor reporting and investor relations with a focus on supporting start-ups and SMEs. Since mid-2016, he has been on Fusion Consulting’s team of managing partners and supports our customers, mainly in an advisory role, with financing projects, cost optimisation projects and the conception, optimisation and implementation of financial processes.

Monika Loschek has more than five years of experience in controlling, investor relations and finance. She is the co-founder of Kernaussagen GmbH. Since mid-2016 she is the sole managing director of Kernaussagen GmbH, as well as its sister company, Performing Numbers. Performing Numbers specialises in project controlling, budget planning and optimisation as well as the conception, implementation and optimisation of financial and production processes in SMEs. She gathered extensive experience as team leader of Kernaussagen GmbH, where she supported more than 150 customers with external controlling and investor reporting. Consequently, she has an in-depth understanding of a wide range of business models in the fields of e-commerce, software, high-tech, renewable energies, the manufacturing industry and finance. At Fusion Group, her focus is the risk management of the group.
