During his career Stefan was able to gather experience on both sides, industry as well as consultancy. Since the start of his career he had developed and strengthened his skills at managing many cross-organizational, cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. Stefan has built a broad understanding of Finance, Marketing and Sales, Production, as well as Supply Chain Management processes. This solid process understanding and knowledge, together with the ability to understand IT, enables him to build a bridge between business and IT. His strong analytical skills allow him to quickly assess, identify and resolve cross-functional issues and problems.
