This role is as part of our HR team and tailored to our challenging, but much evolving various daily tasks. Here you will have the opportunity to be significant part of our people operations and employee experiences for Switzerland and all our other entities across the globe. We are looking for highly motivated HR Professional, with focus on onboarding, employment and operations, with hands-on mindset and passion for the high-performing consulting business.

In detail:
  • Be first point of contact for complex tasks relating to employment, HR administration, social securities, and pension institutions.
  • Be active part of our on-boarding and off-boarding process, including obtaining permissions and all necessary documents prior to starting an employment.
  • Act in close contact with authorities and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Work in close collaboration with our service providers in coordination of payroll and accounting processing.
  • Ensure completeness of HR personnel folders and master data maintenance.
  • Monitor time recording, absences and holiday reports.
  • Create HR KPI reports, management summaries and be the HR expert for Switzerland and for all our 22 international entities over the world.
  • Participate in various internal initiatives and projects and be excited about further interesting tasks, shaping our future!
Your competencies and experience:
  • Educational degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or in a similar role or environment.
  • Experience in managing HR administration, onboarding, global mobility and/or HR policies and processes.
  • Distinctive flair for numbers and correspondingly in-depth knowledge of personnel administration, employment procedures and social insurances.
  • Ability to work effective in unstructured situations with strong collaborative and communicative skills.
  • In addition to the German language, excellent command in English, as our corporate language.
