Working Student / Intern (all genders) for our Project Management Office team

Supporting the project planning, executing, progress tracking of SAP projects! Furthermore:

• Be part of global Roll-Outs with our diverse team regarding knowledge, nationality and experience, providing PMO services to the program Stakeholders
• Record and define requirements and analyze the business processes
• Concept strategic solutions, process optimizations and project schedules
• Ensure continuous Quality Assurance and process enhancement, using Project Management tools
• Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, calls, and the minutes post processing

• Educational background in relevant area, preferably in business economics or in a technical science
• Interest in Pharmaceutical industry and IT or consulting experience is advantageous
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail
• Ability to handle complex information with precise working methods
• A positive and resilient attitude, solution-oriented approach, reliable with strong organizational skills
• Strang technical skills across Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command in English and German
