Organizational Change Management

Setting the Agenda for Knowledge Transfer

Remember when you learned to swim? First on dry land, then in shallow water, up to the moment when you felt safe enough to swim off on your own? It is similar with the introduction of a new IT system. After all, users should be able to use it safely and without restrictions in their daily work. But this often requires extensive know-how. This is where we come in with the planning and implementation of the necessary training measures. We make sure that all users understand which functions are available at the relevant points. Complete and error-free documentation is just as important as the training of trainers and the provision of high-quality training material for all users.

Create Understanding and Capabilities

People are the heartbeat of any organisation, and they play a critical role in ensuring change is successfully implemented and adopted – whether that's system change, process change or an operating model change.

Our blended OCM service offering of change management, communication and learning helps organisations to understand, implement and successfully adopt the planned changes, and thus realise the required long-term value. We work with leaders, managers and employees to create the required narrative and change journey to bring clarity, connection and alignment. Our people centric approach ensures we always consider the change from a user perspective and create meaningful learning journeys.
3 Steps toward Change

Change management

As a first step, we work with program/project teams to create a Change Impact Analysis (CIA) to identify, understand, and capture the changes and their impacts. Further, we’ll work with identified stakeholders, conduct detailed CIA sessions so collect data and calculate change impact. Using analysis methods, we create a clear understanding of the changes and their impacts for people, process and technology and create/track a change plan with clear accountabilities.

Learning

Detailed and in-depth analysis is important to understand the learning requirements so that we can create clear learning paths and engaging content, ensuring you have the right capabiltiies, in the right place, at the right time. We facilitate focused Training Needs Analysis (TNA) sessions with business, project SMEs and vendors to capture in a matrix the training needs related to system, process, and organisation. From the TNA matrix, we’ll build a training plan to deliver the required learning paths and establish sustainable and repeatable change.
